My name is Jalal, I am a Chemical Engineer by profession grown up and living in London, U.K.
I have been following a holsitic approach to life for over 12 years, in that time I have attended various courses in alternative therapies. I practice the alternative therapies on a voluntary basis.
It is something I enjoy doing and feel as if I am giving something back to society as I am helping others to live more healthy, peaceful and spiritual lives.
I started this blog just to share some experiences writing about Health, Spirituality and sports issues and to promote peace.
